Why you should care
(and why we really do)

Make sure your customers don’t forget you

Just like in B2C, B2B brands need to stand out to attract customers. But B2B has it even tougher – because only 5% of our customers are in the market to buy, at any one time*. Think about it. How often do you engage a law firm, lease a van, or buy accounting software? It's not a daily occurrence.

So what about the other 95% of customers? We need to stay memorable and meaningfully different, over the long term. And that’s where B2B More Human really comes into its own.

The unsung hero of the UK economy

For many B2B is B2C’s less sexy cousin – but we don’t see it that way. Over the last 30 years we’ve had the opportunity to work with brilliant businesses in the sector, doing incredible things we’d never even heard of. B2B can be challenging. It’s often complex. But always stimulating.

Despite this, B2B’s contribution to the UK economy is rarely acknowledged. Around 40% of UK companies generate all or the majority of their income from B2B activity. A further 42% earn at least some of their income through B2B. Put together, that makes up 44% – or £1.7trillion – of the UK’s business turnover*.

Learning for the entire sector

We’re determined to help more B2B brands realise their full potential – but we can only work with so many. B2B More Human packages up everything we can learn from the very best in B2B. It gives you the tools to help your brand thrive – whether you work with us or not. We like to think of it as our gift to the sector.
